A half day strategy session is the perfect opportunity to dive into your funnel, thrash out the nitty gritty, and search for ways in which it can be improved. And did you know, we LOVE automation. So we often spot steps that in your funnel that can be automated and save you time and money!

We require some prep from you in order to make the session as value-packed as possible.
In the first half, we'll aim to map out your funnel - from lead source right through to customer aftercare.
What we need:
1. You (or someone in your team) needs the knowledge of what you currently have set up. This is the tech that captures optin data, delivers your lead magnets, processes the sale, sends the product/customer portal etc through to customer nurture.
2. A linktree. This is basically all the URLs you have in use in your funnel.
3. Financial goals - have an idea of what your monthly revenue targets are and how many sales you need of each product to reach that goal.
If you have a very complex funnel and lots of moving parts, it is not always possible to complete the entire funnel within the session. If that is the case, we will focus on getting the core offer documented, then you will have a template and our call as a way to replicate this with your team, or we can book an additional session/sessions to complete the entire funnel.
We'll then take an interval to recharge the batteries and then dive into the second half. We spot ways of how we can improve your funnel, make suggestions on how you can simplify, automate and streamline your funnel so that it works beautifully and seamlessly, and where you can add in additional revenue streams!

I have worked from home since 2012, and started my own business at the start of 2016. It's gone from strength to strength, but it hasn't been easy!
When I started out, I had a just turned 3 year old, and a 2 month old baby. I was exclusively breastfeeding, doing all the night feeds, and decided to start my own business.
Crazy, huh?!
I worked long hours and slogged away at doing everything myself...
...If I didn't know how to do something, I'd YouTube and Google and I'd figure out how.
I've learned many things along the way. I've made some mistakes. I've also made some great decisions. I've invested in myself and the business through mentoring and business programs.
And I've built an incredible team around me.
One of my best decisions was to make sure we all work in our unique set of skills and do what we love.

I cherish time with my family on local walks and look forward to watching my husband play cricket in summer. We get away for some sun every year but also explore the English countryside and coast (often with wellies and rain coats 🙈) and love Devon and Cornwall.
